Postpartum Doulas
Your postpartum doula nurtures you as you adjust to life with a newborn and get a feel for your parenting style. Daytime or overnight shifts enable you to get rest and care as you care for baby, coaching on newborn care and feeding, and whatever else you need to ease the transition to parenthood. Having a postpartum doula at your side will ensure you have the support you need and deserve!
PRICING: Postpartum doula rates range from $45–$75/hour. We recommend inquiring with your insurance or HSA/FSA provider to see if some or all of the cost of doula services—and/or lactation services & birth classes—can be reimbursed. (More info on this on our FAQ page).
