Jaime comes to birth work with an open heart, an open mind, and a deep respect for the incredible strength of the human body. She believes that birth is both a physiological process and a deeply emotional, transformative experience—and that there is beauty in honoring both the science and the soul of it.
She believes in listening to your body, trusting your intuition, and creating space for you to move through birth in a way that feels authentic to you. Whether welcoming your baby at home or in the hospital, Jaime is there to help you feel supported, grounded, heard, and confident as you navigate this life-changing day.
With a gentle and nonjudgmental approach, Jaime meets each client exactly where they are. She believes there is no single “right” way to give birth. Your birth is your story, and you deserve to feel informed, respected, and empowered throughout it.
Her own three birth experiences have taught her that no two births are the same. Each experience has shaped the way she approaches her work, deepening her understanding of the many different paths birth can take and reinforcing her belief in the importance of individualized, compassionate support.
Through education, encouragement, and emotional and physical support, Jaime helps her clients find their voice, understand their choices, and advocate for the experience they desire. Most of all, she holds space for each person to trust themselves and their body, knowing they are never alone on their journey.
